Dr. Kelly Starrett of The Ready State and “Becoming a Supple Leopard” fame dropped in to lead a workshop with our athletes on addressing, managing, and eliminating pain. The session’s heavy focus on breathing and breathwork began with the athletes establishing a benchmark for maximal breath and integrated breathing into a soft tissue partner smashing session with the intention of reframing how the brain perceives pain.
Kelly’s methods have been used by CrossFit athletes and professional athletes of all sports to improve physical performance, recover faster, relieve pain, and prevent injury.
