Ingredients:
Oil / Garlic / Onion
Zucchini / Carrots / Celery / Potato
Garlic salt
Water (fill over All ingredients)
Can of Stewed tomato's (SW oregano and basil )
Hunts Tomato Sauce
Knorr Chicken flavor bouillon
Cilantro
Onion Powder (optional)
Bay leaf
Shrimp (5min cooking time tops)
Can add fish and mussels for additional protein
