This challenge will be similar to 4A except with a little twist.
Once again, stand behind the t-line and face the front wall. Begin performing side to sides with a bounce and start moving forward. Once you get to the front wall, touch it with your racket. The different this time is that you must do a 180 on the spot and start moving towards the T facing the back wall. Once you pass the t line you will have completed this challenge.
If you can manage to do this once in a controlled fashion, move on to side to side level 5B.
