Julie Jones, MCSP, MSc, PgCert TLT, BSc (Hons), SFHEA, Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, UK, discusses the results from a feasibility study of PDConnect, a regimen consisting of 6 weeks of physiotherapy, 12 weeks of group-based exercise and an extended time of self management. Patients were able to self-monitor their results and the program was well received, with 85% of patients handing in their reports and all proving positive feedback in a questionnaire. This interview took place at the 2022 International Congress of Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders in Madrid, Spain.
