In this video from our ‘At Home & On-the-Go Workout’ series, you'll perform a series of exercises for 50 reps each and then go out for a mile run (or cardio of your choice). This workout has a little of everything and can be repeated as an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) for 30 minutes. Feel free to customize the exercises and cardio to fit your equipment and space available to you.
