🤯 What happened when I ate liver every day for a year:
🥢 Eating liver opened my mind to new protein sources, but it didn’t give me any AHA moment, since my nutrition was already dialed in. The benefits may have been so minute, it was hard to notice.
🙌 At the end of the day, liver might add a 1-2% health boost to your life. Focus on eating whole foods, tracking, and getting stellar workouts in first and foremost. If you don’t want to eat the liver, don’t. It won’t make or break you.
