Garmin Index S2 Smart Scale Overview
The Index S2 Smart scale is a refreshed version of the Garmin Index which was hugely popular. This newer model lets you record a range of statistics over and above weight. These include bone mass, skeletal muscle mass and body fat percentage.
All these are displayed on a small color screen. It works with the Garmin Connect app which you can access on your phone or computer. Data is stored in your individual account for further analysis and can even be displayed as weight trends.
If you are part of a family or team of other fitness enthusiasts, you can enjoy these benefits together. The unit supports 16 users, so it is sufficient for a large family or a small sports team. The point to note is that all additional users must be added under the main user.
