⭕️ Rings are one of my go-to's in my gym bag and are a great tool for learning the Strict Muscle-Up.
🤔 Start by understanding the movement with a Kneeling Banded Ring Muscle-Up. Once this becomes comfortable, spice it up with some Muscle-Up Rows. You can then progress to a False Grip Ring Pull-Up.
Follow these progressions and you'll be repping out Muscle-Ups in no time.
