just a quick install of the 12th gen lga 1700 cpu contact plate
this device is used to preventt he mobo and cpu from bending and warping
it has been said that there were manufacturer defaults where the cpus were not completely flat, causing a inconsistent contact with cooler

hence why ppl were doing lapping , save that for another video
