Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward - This video is a yoga flow class suitable for intermediate and strong beginner students who are familiar with common yoga postures and a vinyasa style practice. This short flow is great for a quick energizing yoga practice to move and stretch the entire body. You can warm up for a few minutes before you start or go right into the practice. The pace is not too fast so you have time to prepare the body.
