***Ingredients
½ Melon
400ml non-sugar milk
30ml condensed milk
1 scoops of ice cream
Mint leaves
***Direction
Add 30ml condensed milk into 400ml non-sugar milk. Mix them together. Put it into a zipper bag and freeze it about 3 hours.
Cut the melon into 2 parts. Use a half of melon and remove the seeds.
Make the melon ball by using a scoop. Your homemade bingsu will look better by using this scoop.
Filter melon seeds to regain the juice. Freeze the melon juice.
Make shaved ice by freezing the milk frozen in the zipper bag with a bat.
Do the same with the melon juice.
Put all the shaved ice into the melon container.
Put the melon ball up on the bingsu.
Place 1 scoop of ice cream in the middle of the melon ball.
Decorate with some mint leaves so that it looks so beautiful.
