This Gluten Free pizza dough recipe is as good as a Neopolitan pizza dough recipe but it is really sticky and hard to work with. The results are excellent and you may not taste the difference. The recipe is;
960g of gluten free flour
800g of room temp water
40g Olive Oil
32g Fine Sea Salt
16g Honey
8g dry yeast
