In this 1-hour video, I have created a very effective workshop for your (and my!) shoulder's health, adding up almost all the movements that I know thanks to my years of experience in the field of wellness (dance, weight lifting, yoga, mobility, manual therapy ,...)
And the best part is that we get to practice all that in the nude!
If you followed my previous video classes, this is the first time I inserted 3-breath pauses in between each exercise to help integrate each new movement into your tissues and allow time to rewrite the pattern of your nervous system.
