Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney has called out Joe Biden for “not doing well” following his speech at the NATO Summit.
US President Joe Biden referred to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as ‘President Putin’ and Vice-President Kamala Harris as ‘Vice-President Trump’ during a speech at the NATO Summit in Washington DC.
“He’s not doing well,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News host James Morrow.
