Alright quick tip, just because traditional lat pulldowns don’t effectively target your lats, doesn’t mean they’re a bad movement. In fact they’re actually a great exercise for the mid and upper back since it allows you fully retract and protract your scapula, by leaning back during the concentric and pushing your shoulders forward during the eccentric.
