How to clean and chop a Dragon Fruit? This is the quickest and easiest way to prepare a dragon fruit.

Why soaking it with salt? Salt will act as a natural antibacterial which kills some types of bacteria, effectively by sucking water out of them.

Cleaning your fruit or vegetables before chopping prevent bacteria from spreading to your cutting board or knife.

I normally rinse fruit and vegetable in a sink on a running water but for presentation purposes I used just a mason jar filled with clean water.
