The glutes play a major role in supporting your body. Plus, they're the biggest muscle you've got! It's important to take time to strengthen the whole booty, and that includes the side (outer hip area).
Standing glute workout is intense. You'll feel your standing hip fire up very quickly. Don't worry - this is normal! You've got stability muscles working really hard when standing on one leg. This is a no-equipment barre workout, but feel free to add things like ankle weights to make this barre workout extra spicy!
