ज्वारीचे आप्पे बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ कप ज्वारीचं पीठ
• १/४ कप दही
• बारीक चिरलेलं गाजर
• बारीक चिरलेली सिमला मिरची
• बारीक चिरलेला कोबी
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
• १/२ चमचा जिरं
• १ चमचा लाल तिखट
• लसूण-हिरवी मिरचीचा ठेचा
• १/४ चमचा हळद
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १ कप पाणी
• १ चमचा इनो फ्रुट सॉल्ट
• पाणी
• तेल

Jwari appe is a very easy and healthy recipe. If you are bored of having the same breakfast then this is the best option for you. This can be a perfect recipe for those having diabetes. If you are on weight loss and want to try something tasty, then just go for it. This taste awesome and turn out crispy outside and soft inside. Ingredients:
• 1 cup Jawar flour
• 1/4 cup Curd
• Finely chopped Carrot
• Finely chopped Capsicum
• Finely chopped Cabbage
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Green chili-Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup Water
• 1 tsp Eno fruit salt
• Water
• Oil
Method:
• Take jawar flour, curd, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, red chili
powder, green chilli-garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt in a bowl and mix everything well
together.
• You can use buttermilk or lemon juice in place of curd.
• Add a little water at a time and make semi thick consistency batter.
• Rest the batter for about 10 minutes.
• Add eno fruit salt, a little water to activate eno and mix in quickly.
• Heat up appe patra on medium heat and add oil in each of its mold.
• Add batter in each mold and cover it.
• Cook for about 3-4 minutes from one side.
• Remove the lid after about 2 minutes and spread a little oil along the edge of each appam.
• Cook until lower side is well roasted and then flip over.
• Cook well from other side too.
• Take the appe out of the appam patra into a dish.
• Jwari appe are all ready.
• You can have these as it is or with any chutney or sauce.
