The art of stairs 👀
If you were standing there looking at this set of stairs what would be going through your mind? 🧠
Instead of…
🤔: “Do I realllllly need to go up these stairs?”
🤔: “This going to hurt”
🤔: “Can I make it? Will I fall down?”
It can be possible to feel strong confident to the point of viewing stairs and thinking:
😃: “I can do this!!”
😃: “This is my strength training and with each step I’m making progress”
😃: “I was able to run up the stairs again”
ITS POSSIBLE with the key of single leg strength 🦵🏽
Too often people only focus on the leg that’s painful or favor their stronger leg. But in order to go up the stairs you need strength on both legs as equal as possible ☝🏽
⚠️ Single leg chair squats are an advanced move and should not be the first thing that’s practiced ⚠️
If you want to understand the best ways to progress single leg strength without increasing your pain- the Arthritis Adventure Blueprint is ready for you right now ‼️
