Police are appealing for information, as part of Missing Persons Week, to help locate a man from Murrumbateman who was last seen in 2013.
Anthony ‘Tony’ Fahey, now aged 31, was last seen at Belconnen in the Australian Capital Territory, shortly before 5pm on Wednesday 3 July 2013.
Mr Fahey’s aunty dropped him off to board a bus to Sydney, where he was believed to be visting for a few days. Records later confirmed he boarded a bus for Sydney around 7pm.
He left his mobile phone in his aunt’s vehicle, no one has seen or heard from since and he has not made any attempt to access his bank accounts.
Police from The Hume Local Area Command were contacted and launched an investigation into the incident.
Recent inquiries suggest Mr Fahey may have travelled to the Camden area; however, he’s not been seen in the region to date. There’ve also been unconfirmed sightings of the missing person in the Sydney CBD.
Mr Fahey is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 185-195cm tall, with brown hair, brown eyes, a beard with a moustache and of a solid build.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Tony Fahey is urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or use the Crime Stoppers online reporting page: [ Ссылка ].
