I have vowed to never take antibiotics again unless it's a life saving situation.
The thousands of rounds of antibiotics that I took as a teenager is what destroyed my gut microbiome and led to all of the dis-eases that I had to heal from.
People always ask me what to do if they absolutely have to take antiobiotics and what I suggest is
1. While taking the antibiotics use a probiotic with Saccromyces Boullardi such as Clean Gut Probiotic and for at least 30 days following.
2. 1-3 months of Healthy Gut Support which enables the intestines to heal.
