Great 15 minutes full body kettlebell workout, that can be done at home, you don't need much equipment but one Kettlebell for this simple but very effective session. We completing it as pull, push, legs and core pattern. There is no repeat exercises, but feel free to complete this session few times for best results. We are completing it as 40 sec ON and 20 sec OFF, for extra challenge and progression, you can complete this session 2 or 3 times.
