Sambal Korek
Ingredients:
100g red cayenne pepper
1/2 cup vegetables oil
4 cloves garlic
2 shallots
Salt
Sugar
Mushroom broth
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil
- Grind the chilies, shallots and garlic.
- Add salt, sugar and mushroom powder.
- Pour the hot vegetable oil into the sambal.
- Mix well and it's ready.
