A balance challenge 🙌🏼
Whether you are a beginner or are advanced- this balance exercise can be a great one to master ☝🏽
It challenges lateral stability. It can quickly be modified to make it easier or you can also increase the difficulty.
✅ To make it easier:
- use a light weight or even a water bottle, soup can, etc
- widen your stance and put both feet on the ground
- use the corner of a wall for safety
📶 To make it more difficult:
- stand on one leg
- increase the weight
- move the weight further away from your body
Choose the appropriate modification to ensure safety. Aim for 10-30 passes each side depending on how difficult it feels for you ⚠️
