In puberty the adolescent brain keeps developing till late 20’s . So because of this immature development they have cognitive immaturity where they will have poor lack of judgment and decision making. They also have an emotional immaturity because of which they cannot control the emotions like joy anger and fear. So they need to be educated about these things first.
