US President Joe Biden has endured another torrid public appearance, stumbling through a CNN Town Hall event in Baltimore on Thursday, local time.

The event was an opportunity to reset his presidency, which is beset by domestic scandals and a plummeting approval rating.

Despite the relatively softball questions, the President struggled to answer some of the queries put to him by host Anderson Cooper.
