A delicious raw blueberry pie! This is so good - even the crust is good! This pie is gluten-free, dairy-free, and no bake.

I originally got this recipe from raw food chef Jennifer Cornbleet, and then tweaked it a bit.

Ingredient List:

Crust:
* 1 cup ground Almonds (or Walnuts or a combination of both)
* 5 Medjool Dates, pitted
* 1/8 teaspoon Salt

Filling:
* 8 or 9 Medjool Dates, pitted & soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
* 4 cups Blueberries
* 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
* 1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
