Ready for the perfect blend of strength training and cardio? Then grab your resistance band and a set of medium to heavy dumbbells for a lower body GIANT set! Oh you're going to feel the heat in your legs and B&B bootay.
Buckle up for 10 below the belt focused exercises that we'll perform back to back for 45 seconds and 3-total rounds. The first five exercises will be all standing, alternating between weighted and body weight cardio conditioning moves. The last five exercises will be done on the floor for your convenience. Here's what to expect!

Exercise 2: Jumping Jack & Squat Jack
Exercise 3: Single Leg DL & Narrow Squat *working the opposite leg. Exercise 4: Fast Feet
Exercise 5: Lateral Lunge + Reverse Lunge & Switch
Exercise 6: Single Leg Glute Kickback
Exercise 7: Alternating Fire Hydrant
Exercise 8: Single Leg Glute Kickback *working the opposite leg
Exercise 9: Elevated Glute Bridge & March
Exercise 10: Glute Bridge Abduction
