Context: Izuku's dad is AFO so he dyed his hair green to cover it up but it keeps on returning to white, he wasn't thinking straight and was going to cut it off. The white hair reminds him of his traumatic past and he didn't want the Hero Society to reject him because he was the son of one of the most dangerous villain.
