The biggest news to come out of DrupalCon Portland 2024 is Drupal CMS - codename "Starshot". It's not a distribution or a " new version" of Drupal. It's a pre-packaged, pre-configured installation based on "recipes" that's easy to install and "easy" to use.

Two of Drupal's issues are how hard it is to learn and how hard it is to create landing pages. Drupal CMS hopes to correct the long-term focus on just developers and help more people discover the greatness of Drupal.
