The Oklahoma Sooners played one hell of a first half, vs. the Georgia Bulldogs in the College Football Playoff Semifinals, in the Rose Bowl, in Pasadena, CA. However, UGA made defensive adjustments, and outplayed the OU offense, in the 2nd half and in the overtime periods. The Dawgs outlast O.U., 54-48, and will get to the play next week's National Championship Game close to home, in Atlanta, GA. The UGA running attack of Nick Chubb and Sony Michel was too much for Oklahoma to handle. The Sooners end their year, at 12-2. It was also the final game for the OU seniors, like Baker Mayfield, Steven Parker, and Obo. UGA QB Jake Fromm played well enough to guide the Bulldogs. O.U. RB Rodney Anderson had over 100 yards rushing and 2 TD's in the 1st half.
