I tested the Canon C70 with the Zeiss ZE 100mm F1.4 - 2.0 together with a cinesaddle. The in-camera stabilization was turned off, and nothing has been stabilized in post.
The point of this test was to see how stable the image was hand-held with the cinesaddle, and also to see how sharp the image was wide open at F1.4. Although this lens is F2.0, with the speed booster, it becomes a 1.4.
At f1.4 I found there was some blue/green fringing, but with a little work, it could be desaturated in post. To avoid any lens fringing, I would recommend shooting at F2.5 or 2.8.
The more you are wide open, the worse the fridging will be, but again, there are some good tips online on how to reduce this in post. Whats strange is, even if there is fridging, the image is still very sharp.
Although the footage has not been stabilized in this video, I did some tests and all the small camera jitters can be removed flawlessly with DaVinci Resolve.
