Bad Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) on '12 350 EXC-F. If I slowly rotate the throttle to full then back the TPS reading will not return to the correct base number even though the throttle blades are closed. Confirmed throttle tube or cables are not binding. You can see if I try to physically rotate it closed it will not reduce the value.
The symptom when riding was a flameout when coming back to idle. Believe the bike was putting in way too much fuel vs the throttle blade position
UPDATE. I traced this to a bad TPS. You can hear clicking when it is rotated here: [ Ссылка ]
