Hello Titans. Welcome to my universe.
Weight training has been part of my life for decades now. Working out helped me to overcome the difficulties and to get a strong mindset.
Once you have this fire inside you, it won't leave you. But to get this fire you need not to give up after the first aches, sore muscles or even the first injury.
The regular practice of weight training (It includes also fitness, bodybuilding or even just working out with bodyweight) is a real journey because building your body will change your body and your mindset .
It will teach you :
-the HUMILITY (your body has its limits)
-the WILLPOWER (nothing will stop you from training)
-the PATIENCE (the strength and the muscle size don't increase in two weeks)
-RESILIENCE( you will get you a bulletproof mindset to overcome any problems in your life -DETERMINATION to achieve your goals.)
Weight training will teach you how to surpass yourself. You don't need to be as strong as Hercules or as muscular as a professional bodybuilder .You just have to work out and to never stop.
My goal here is to motivate you by using motivational quotes, historical facts, mythological tales, behind-the-scenes cinema stories, true stories or just my trainings.
What is important is not the destination but the journey. During this journey you will be surprised how much you can learn about yourself and how far you can go.
Training session after training session, you will see a different person when you look in the mirror.Your body and your mindset will be different. You will be motivated to move mountains. You will feel as strong as an hero from Mythology .You will feel better in your body, in better harmony with your mind .You will have revealed your Mythic Nature.
That's why this channel is called Mythic Nature Fitness. We are all mythic. We just have to find a way to let our mythic nature out. The motivation and the mindset are the key. I created this channel to help you finding motivation to work out and to achieve your goals.
