D- Transposition of the great arteries. Ventriculoarterial discordance is noted with aorta arising from the right ventricle and the pulmonary artery from the left ventricle.
How not to miss this anomaly- see if the vessel arising from the left ventricle branches or not, most of the time you will be able to pick this anomaly. Two vessels are noted in three vessel view, but not always.
Trace the great arteries to the ventricle of origin always.
Prenatal detection rate of TGA is very low, lets not miss it.
