US President Joe Biden has delivered a speech on the 75th anniversary of NATO as he welcomed member states to the summit in Washington.
President Biden opened the NATO summit on Wednesday by commemorating the 75th anniversary of the alliance.
“An overwhelming bipartisan majority of Americans understand that NATO makes us all safer,” he said.
