Correcting wing-back scapula is very important for shoulder stability.
When your serratus anterior muscles are weak or dysfunctional, it can play a role in how well they remain positioned on your rib cage.
Wing back scapular posture occurs when the scapula(e) do not sit flush on your back as a part of your normal resting posture.
In this video, I’d demonstrate one approach to strengthening the serratus anterior muscle(s) which when strong, adds to shoulder stability, reducing the chance of injury.
