Hey! I'm Luca, a language learner, and I recently learned Ukrainian. It's common to hear out there: "Once you know one Slavic language, all of the others become understandable". I wanted to test this hypothesis. Keep in mind that I am not a native Ukrainian speaker, therefore I understood less than a native would have understood. It was interesting to hear all of those languages, but quite draining, as I only focussed on the audio. I had real-life experiences with Polish and Russian and I remember understanding much more (all thanks to context and better communication). Comment if you could understand some of those languages, knowing a Slavic language, I'm very curious!
