Newsweek Senior Editor-at-Large Josh Hammer says the American people “deserve to know” where Joe Biden is.
Joe Biden has ended his re-election campaign and endorsed Kamala Harris as the Democratic candidate.
“Where is he? I mean, where is the President of the United States?” Mr Hammer told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio.
“I mean, what has happened to him? I mean, did he have a stroke? Did he have a brain aneurysm?
“The American people deserve to know.”
