Recipe Notes: To Make Whipped Cream: 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, combine the whipped cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Turn to medium-low until the cream begins to thicken, and then increase to high speed until the cream forms stiff peaks.
