Looking for how to cook the perfect roast? A great roaster and rack are key. Two things to remember:
1. Layer potatoes below the roasting rack.
2. Place roast on roasting rack and season well. The juices and rendering from the roast will ensure your potatoes are flavoursome and delicious when done!
