Oats
1/3 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup wholegrain oats
1.5 cup water
1/3 cup milk (I used full fat cow's milk)
pinch salt

Literally just put the apples in a pan over low heat to cook until tender with a bite. Cinnamon and salt went on. If you want something a bit sweeter/richer and tastier you can do butter and brown sugar (like a caramel!) (It
s just that my breakfasts are always on the slightly healthier side so I have plenty of space for other meals of the day to come...)
