This power vinyasa flow is dynamic, uplifting, and includes lots of options to play with. It's a full, total body practice just under 1 hour long. We build strength and endurance in the legs with standing balances, long holds, and tough transitions. Are you up for the challenge? 💪
There’s also plenty of core and ab work to give you that total body glow afterwards. It's a strength based sequence with options for different levels of flexibility.
As always, no weight in the hands or wrists at all. There are options for forearm planks to build strength, but with modifications if you have a shoulder injury.
