Justin Gathje had the fight of the century with Michael Chandler, Rose Namajunes recaptured and defended her strawweight title against Zhang Weili, and Kamaru Usman Racked up 3 title defenses against Colby Covington, Gilbert Burns, and Jorge Masvidal.
But 2022 was a very different year. Gaethje would be submitted by Charles Oliveira, Rose would lose her title to Carla Esparza on that same card, and Kamaru Usman was knocked out by Leon Edwards.
