Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 200gram
Baking powder - 10 gram
Salt - apt
Water - for kneeding
Tandoori roti ke liye gehu ka aata lekar usmein thoda sa namak , dahi aur baking powder milaye aur paani se goondhkar ek soft dough taiyar karein.
Ab dough ko choti choti balls (pede) mein divide karein.
Tava ko garam karein aur uspar roti ko rakhkar dono taraf se pakaaye.
Roti ko ek side se pakate waqt, dusri side ko tave ke upar directly gas ke flame par rakhein, jisse roti tandoor jaisi texture le.
Roti ko halka sa ghee ya makhan laga kar serve karein.
Aap is tareeke se ghar par tandoori roti bana sakte hain, tandoor ki tarah flavorful aur crispy.
