You should know the sources of Calcium ! Sources of Iron ! What is the role of Fruits and Vegetables in Diet. What is the role of Fibers and sources of Fibers ? Your child food should be a balanced food . And in this video, I have told how to make child food a balanced food.
बच्चा कुछ खाता क्यों नहीं है ; कही आप बच्चे को केवल milk/ दूध ही तो नहीं पीला रहे है ? Please 🙏 take care about how much milk or milk products you should give to your child 👧

NO FORCEFUL FEEDING TO BABY
ALWAYS OFFER NUTRITIOUS FOOD TO BABY
NO ADDED SUGAR AND SALT UPTO FIRST BIRTHDAY
FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ARE GOOD FOR BABY
DON’T MAKE DINNING TABLE A FIELD OF BATTLE 😊
