❤︎ Vegan Omelet Batter (makes 3 omelets)

1 300g pack of silken tofu
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
4 tbsp chickpea flour
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp dijon mustard

❤︎ Spring Omelet

vegan cheese
frozen peas thawed
cooked asparagus
vegan cashew cream [ Ссылка ] (I made my dill cream cheese in this link and just omitted the fresh dill and it makes a really yummy cashew cream that works so well in this omelet flavour profile)

❤︎ Pizza Omelet

pizza sauce or pasta sauce
vegan pepperoni
vegan cheese
sliced green peppers
halved cherry tomatoes
parsley for garnish
bake at 425F for 7-10 mins or until cheese is fully melted

❤︎ Squash Omelet

1 cup frozen squash (you can also use fresh)
1/2 cup frozen kale (you can also use fresh)
dried thyme
salt & pepper
soy sauce
vegan cheddar cheese
sriracha sauce
green onions for garnish

❤︎ Seasoned Hashbrowns

vegan butter
frozen hashbrowns
dried thyme
smoked paprika
garlic powder
lots of salt to taste
