This recipe of no oil Homemade Tahini could not be simpler - just dry fry your sesame seeds in a frying pan for a few minutes stirring, to roast them and then blend the seeds for around 9 minutes in your food processor. That's it - you've just made a creamy and runny tahini!
Make sure you use at least 2 cups of sesame seeds as smaller amounts will be trickier to process successfully in your food processor.
