While the NFL has attempted to resolve the lack of diversity in leadership positions, they haven't yet been able to do so. One team who showed just how beneficial that diversity on a coaching staff can be, though, is the Super Bowl champion Buccaneers, with two black coordinators in Todd Bowles and Byron Leftwich. We discuss their future head coaching prospects and how it can hopefully begin to right the ship of the NFL's structural hiring problem.
