Filmmaker Ami Horowitz says US President Joe Biden is in “serious physical and mental decline” which is “embarrassing” for the country.
President Biden has delivered an address to NATO members in Washington in his highest-profile policy speech since the first presidential debate.
“It’s embarrassing,” Mr Horowitz told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio.
“We understand that he is in serious physical and mental decline – that is what it is.”
